The Barnabas Fellowship exists to encourage, equip, and unite student ministry leaders across our association to faithfully shepherd students and strengthen local churches for the glory of Christ. We envision a network of student ministry leaders who are deeply encouraged in Christ, equipped through the Word, and united in mission—so that the next generation may know, love, and follow Jesus through the faithful witness of their local church.

The Barnabas Fellowship will meet monthly to encourage one another in the highs and lows of student ministry, be equipped in God's Word, to refocus our goal of discipling the next generation, and to plan for future association-wide events.
